Oops!
A pancake-making incident this morning. The Boy knocked the big can of flour off the counter. Miraculously, it fell upside down with most of the flour still inside, so we were spared the full mess potential. Too bad about the can.

Mornings with young children never leave time for unexpected incidents, do they?
I remember having to leave for daycare then work with porridge all over my table and floor because I really didn't have a minute to spare. Yuk. Always fun to come home to dried up porridge.
Ok I am curious, did you make that rug that is under the flour? Welcome back from your vacation. I really enjoyed all the pictures.

Yes, I did crochet that rug. I took a class. Starting it was a challenge, since I don't crochet, but once the first couple of rows were done it was a snap.
