An Office With A View

This is the view from work, the Petitcodiac river.
When I first moved to Moncton in 1999, I was horrified at the sight of the brown mud. I still don't think it's the most attractive river in the world, but I've discovered parts of it are sort of attractive.
I never saw the tidal bore until I started my current job. The bore is actually kind of neat, not a 'bore' at all.

Friday afternoon, we saw porpoises in the river at high tide! Isn't that supposed to be good luck? Or do you have to be on a boat?
