I Actually Cleaned This Weekend

When I have the Boy, I long for Mommy time. Then, when he's with his father, I don't know what to do with myself.
I had all of Saturday with nothing to do. So I cleaned. I organized the cutlery drawer. I organized my kitchen island (the butter box from the craft fair is my new potato bin.) I cleaned out the spice rack. I did the floors. I did the bathroom.

The Boy came back yesterday. He got sick early this morning. He got sick in my bed, twice, and three times on the couch. Add to that the usual domestic chaos a three year old creates, and my home is completely back to normal.

I should really try to do some cleaning up while he's in his Tylenol-induced nap.

There must be something going around. One of the regular Monday yoga women came today and was no sooner in the studio door then her 3YO daughter puked on the welcome mat. Twice.

Needless to say, she didn't stay.

Oh dear! When my kids were little, my husband said that "clean" was an average and not a constant. As long as I cleaned as many times as they got messy, then everything was good. What state the house was in, didn't matter.

Hope your little guy feels better soon!

omg. When I saw the link with bucket yesterday, I was scared to click it because somehow I thought it might be the Meaning of Life scene. *yuk* Today, I figured I chance it and I guess it's official.. I totally am psychic!"**** off. I'm full." lol.

It goes without saying that everything is K-Fed's fault.
