My ex-husband always said the best pizza was from The Wheel in Antigonish. I had it one time when we were in town for a wedding. A very drunk student came and sat right down with us and started hitting on me. My ex was right there. He was pretty inebriated himself, and instead of taking offense to the bold young man, starting chatting with him, and in 5 minutes they were best drunk friends.
The pizza was actually pretty good.

Best Caesar salads are McKelvey's in Halifax.
Best steak used to be McGinnis, now you can't buy a good steak anywhere (except for the Tiki Lounge)
