Fiddleheads!

I was making a SuperStore run yesterday, and was delighted to see fiddleheads in the produce section! I love fiddleheads. I have a stir-fry recipe that also includes carrots, mushrooms and green onions, but I also like them steamed with a drizzle of lemon juice.
