It Was A Good Funeral

Over 200 people showed up for Peter's Dad's funeral. There were a few tears, but there was more laughter. It was the kind of funeral anyone would hope to have.

By the way, wasn't his Dad a fox when he was young? I told Peter it was a good thing his Dad didn't still look like that when we met, otherwise I may have dumped him and taken up with his old man!

It's a good thing your Mom didn't have two good legs when I met her.

(You know how I like the Moms)

I'm happy to hear that the funeral was full of laughter, too.

You two are so cute.

I feel terrible that I couldn't make it to the funeral. I had a family gathering planned weeks in advance. So sorry to hear about you guys' loss.

although I never met Peter's dad, I must agree with DH - totally hot.

I hope you take lots and lots of time off, Peter.

Keep in mind that my inheritance includes 18 rifles, 6 handguns and 50 knives.

It would be wise to stay on my good side.
