New Chick Flick Library Acquistion
I went looking for "Under The Tuscan Sun" in SuperStore one day last week, or the week before, and couldn't find it anywhere. So I gave up, and while leaving, just happened to stop at a bin of cheapies, and this was just sitting there, right on top, like it was waiting for me. I've never seen it anywhere before, and I've been looking for it for a few years.
It's a great chick flick, and I like it better than "Tuscan." Best of all, it was only $6.99.

I don't know about being better than Under The Tuscan Sun...but it was a good chick flix. I mean, seriously, the Italian guy in UTTS was what made that movie worth while. I can see him in my head right now......
sorry, I had a private moment there....sigh....but anyway, I can't picture the love interest in the American Quilt movie anymore. I must say, I do love a good DVD deal
I think I saw that movie awhile back. It was good as I recall except I kept thinking, "she's dragging that quilt in the dirt"!! Other than that, it was a good chick flick.
Oh my God! At the end, when she wanders down the dirt road with that gorgeous applique wedding quilt around her shoulders! I thought exactly the same thing!!

I looked for it at Walmart today. No go.
Never heard of that movie. But I do have Under the Tuscan Sun..hehehehe. Going to look and see if I can find that one. Have you see Girl w/ a Pearl Earring?? That one is really good.
