I Need To Hook Up With A Chef
My friend and I went to a cooking seminar by Chef At Large, Michael Smith, probably Canada's biggest chef.... figuratively and literally.He showed us how to brine a turkey and make mulled cider. He didn't actually do much except talk. There was a crew of five people doing most of the actual work.
It was so much fun. And he is so tall!
