I Hate This Quilt!

Hate it hate it HATE IT!
I'll like it again once it's put together and I can start quilting it, but I am completely, utterly, totally, 100 per cent sick of piecing it.

UPDATE: Okay, I started sewing after I posted, and I don't hate it anymore. But I still want to cross stitch something.

it's soooooo beautiful, though! If it's driving you really crazy, feel free to send it to me! :o) My mom has made me many quilts - I'll post some pics sometime....

Don't get too frustrated - it looks as if you're almost there!

I just read your comment on my blog---okay, I stand corrected. The LOTR elf is a hottie and I wouldn't mind him decorating my Christmas tree,
Quilting question: is it possible to use t-shirts to create a quilt? I managed to hold on to quite a few of my tees from college parties and I would love to make a patchworkish quilt using them. (Actually, I would love for someone to make a patchworkish quilt for me...I'm better at the knitting needles than the sewing needles.)

Don't give up!! The quilt will be gorgeous when complete and the piecing is the hardest part.

If I can knit 47 inches of yoga mat bag, you can piece this quilt!

Oh dear! I know that point when a project hits the brick wall. It is a lovely quilt though. I'm sure it's going to look fantastic when it's done.

You rock! I can't wait to see the end result of the quilt. (Meanwhile, after a rather traumatic adventure tonight, I am settling down to watch my lovely digital cable with 5 million channels!)

I picked up a cross stitch that I started 10 years ago. Couldn't get into it, so I started that one with the cat lying on the book shelf.(Frederick) I think it's called. Love love love cross stitching. Have a great weekend kay, even though I know you are dying with a cold, that bites.
