What's Missing in the Second Picture?
The glasses! I'm getting laser eye surgery tomorrow morning! I've been so busy on vacation with the Boy this week (on vacation with a four year-old is an oxymoron if there ever was one) that I haven't had time to think about it, but it sounds very gross, and I'm getting pretty nervous. But they give you a happy pill if you want, and it takes just 10 -15 minutes, then I am free of glasses!

I'm so jealous! I've wanted it done for years but I'm too chicken. Let me know how it goes! Good luck!
Good Luck with the surgery! My boss had that done a few years ago and of course he was one of the 1 in 2 million that had complications. Figures too, he has issues with everything. Anyway, he still has to wear glasses, long story but his eye site is still much better than it was. Hey, he can kind of see the alarm clock without his glasses, that's a huge improvement for him.
I meant sight, not site...I need my morning coffee. Just think of all the money you'll save on glasses. Lucky!
I hope all went well! My hub got lasik several years ago and LOVES being free of glasses!

Not allowed to look at a computer for a few days.
I love weariing glasses, although I only need them for reading and close work. I'd take the happy pill... as this type of operation creeps me out.
