I Swore This Year I Wouldn't Start Any New Projects

Yesterday I signed up for another quilting class at my favourite quilt store. But I'm doing a very simple churn dash pattern, and I should be able to get the majority of it done during the ten, two-hour classes. So I might actually finish it in under five years.

Doesn't sound 'very simple', but I'm sure it's going to be absolutely beautiful. There's nothing nicer than a homemade quilt.

p.s. Where are you & Peter staying in Vegas?

At the Imperial Palace. It's cheap, so more money for Donny Osmond memorabilia!

Imperial Palace is nice though - I've never been in it, but I remember looking at pics on the net - it's all asian themed, right?

I'm not sure ... Peter was the one who found it.

Asian themed yes, but apparently, it smells bad and is noisy.

We won't be there long. Once I start winning big at the tables, they'll comp us a High Rollers Suite at Mandalay Bay.

My neighbors are Asian themed.
What Peter said.
(Kristy says "it smells like China" often. I thought she said "vagina" the first time. I was a little disgusted.)

DH, my dad is dating a lady who does and sells primitive rug hooking. She lives in Newfoundland. I'm pumped to see her work. She's supposed to be sending me some pics.
