Corner Of My Dining Room
I've always liked stenciled chairs. I got this rocking chair from Kent, painted it black, glued a picture of a schooner from a napkin onto it, and painted some gold trim on it. It could probably use a little more. I wish I had some artistic ability, then I could have done more.

I was thinking about painting the red...there was hideous brown paneling on some of the walls and it looked awful. But I got the landlord to paint the paneling white, and it completely changed the look.
You must be having fun fixing up your new house.
