More Maritime Stuff

I'm all about the Maritimes.
I have a real thing for those maps you find in touristy gift shops. I have one of Oak Island, one of PEI ship wrecks, and a very nice one Peter got for me of Sable Island ship wrecks. They look very nice when framed, not tacky at all. I also have a small ship's wheel, not a real one, unfortunately, but when they turn up in antique stores they're extremely costly.

I was going to make a crack about there being no room for Crusty old Sea Men on your walls but I remembered that you have international readers who might be shocked with such filth on your nice family blog.

Oops, guess I kinda made a crack anyway.

*That* was the winner? Then I must be a complete moron, because I can't understand all the hoopla about it, and neither does anyone else I know who read it. Along with being depressing, it had no discernible merit.
