I Finished These Two Books This Week
The Atwood was kind of interesting, but frankly, I didn't get it. I never feel like I get her books. I'm just not smart enough to read Margaret Atwood.I got the other book after seeing an amusing show on HGTV about an Englishman trying to start up a B&B and Indian restaurant in France.
This is the book version. I really enjoyed it. It makes me want to run away to France.

That's too bad about Atwood's book. I've never read anything of hers and I probably won't now.

I ordered the book "Red Carpets and Other Banana Skins" by Rupert Everett from Amazon last week - I need some brain candy books. I'm all about the scandal.

Yeah, I had to see The Handmaid's Tale movie to get the gist of the book. Same with Cold Mountain. I guess I'm kinda lazy when it comes to reading.
Have you seen A Year In Provance? It was on PBS or something several years ago. It's available on netflix and is a book. Funny as heck! Happy Valentine's Day!
