I Think I'd Better Avoid Ebay
I tried EBay for the first time this weekend. I bought a basket that no one else wanted, and suffered a heartbreaking loss of a bag in the last ten seconds.
Later, I bid on this dough bowl in the last two minutes, just for the hell of it, expecting I'd be outbid in seconds.
I'm now the proud owner of a wooden dough bowl.
Now Peter keeps referring to me as "the junkie."

I don't have luck with ebay, so I don't even look anymore.
oh my god - I'm an ebay junkie. I've gotten a lot better, but I was really bad a few years back...I still have stuff tucked under my stairs in the boxes they came in because I was having a 'what was I thinking' moment.
I love ebay! I know how to play the waiting game and wait to bid on something at the last second! I even sell somethings on there from time to time.
That bowl is awesome!! Sorry about the bag.
I did that last minute bid thing for a set of books that I wanted! Hehe, I'm bad. I stay away from eBay too. The success of "the hunt" can be very addicting.
I can definitely see it could be very addictive.
Ebay, oh boy. Love it.
