He and the guy opposite were visiting from France, filming a documentary about Oak Island.
They had wicked hot accents, much sexier than the Acadian accents you hear around here.

Could they understand the Acadian french?
They hadn't heard any, but I explained to them about "shyeck," where english and french are mixed in the same sentence, the way everyone french talks around here. They didn't get it, so I said, "Le book la sur le table," (I know that's all wrong) and they actually said "Ooh!" and made painful expressions. They were even more horrifed by sheck than Quebecers. It was pretty funny.
