I just discovered Sue Miller a couple of months ago. She writes about some uncomfortable subjects, but I've really enjoyed what I've read of hers so far.

I'm still on the same book...I love it, I read it all the time...but it feels like I'm not getting anywhere. I need to just stay up all night and finish it. That's not going to happen, but it would be nice. Do you highly recommend any of those books?
I really liked all three, but you never know, you may hate them. I've got two more of her books from the library for my four weeks off.
I also discovered Alice Hoffman just a few months ago. 'Practical Magic' is one of my new favourites.
I've read one of hers recently. While I Was Gone. It was ok.
