I Had Cabin Fever On Saturday
So Peter took me for a drive and we wound up at the Bouctouche Dunes. Bouctouche is a small French village about half an hour north of Moncton. The Dunes were really beautiful. And cold.
The province of New Brunswick is virtually owned by the Irving family. Bouctouche was the hometown of the man who built the empire, KC Irving. That's his statue in the bottom picture. Because of him, we have the revered Irving Big Stop Restaurant, which has some of the best food ever.
