My Mother Always Wanted Me To Be A Hair Stylist

It's good thing I never pursued it as a career.
I trimmed the Boy's bangs last week after we watched an episode of "Nanalan'" where Nana gave Mona her first haircut, and Kenneth decided he needed one too.
Oh, well. Everyone needs a childhood picture of themselves with a Mom haircut.

"Nanalan" !

So that's what that damned show is called. It's fascinating and creepy all at the same time.

I think the Grandma is on drugs or something.

Oh man...well, it would have been far worse if he got ahold of the scissors and gave himself a new do. It's not that bad.

Nanalan' is the weirdest thing I've ever seen. But oddly, I can't stop watching it. The kid looks like an alien.

I cut my husband's hair (military-style flat-top even though he's a desk jockey) but will not attempt to cut Kid Knitting's...he moves too much and is afraid of the clippers (and my hair dryer and the vacuum...). That said - which do you think is worse - his cut or the Soule Mama pictures of her kids running towards the ocean dressed in leotards? ;)

What?! I missed a Soule Mama picture I could have made fun of?!

Go to her flickr.page and look at the set of her "thirty and one" birthday outing (I'm feeling a bit guilty as I say this, of course) - there are a couple of pictures of her sons. I swear to God I saw the first one of the long-haired kid in the leotard running along the beach and thought "Where did she borrow that little girl?"
