An Important Day

Today was a very important day in the Boy's development. He realized the fundamental difference between males and females. As I got out of the shower this morning, he said, "Mommy, where's your winky?"
I told him that only boys have winkies, and girls have hoo-hoos. He said, "Girls have hoo-hoos!"
Apparently, he repeated it all day. Over and over.

Daily Walk

My office is right on the riverfront walking trails. Recently, I've been going out for a walk on my break. Moncton is no Halifax, but it does have some pretty areas as long as you keep your eyes looking to the south, and some marks of historic interest, like the high water mark from the Saxby Gale of 1869.
