I Go Back To Work Today :(

I'm sure the girls at work hate my guts, understandably so. I'd hate anyone who got new perky boobs and a month off work.

I had the Boy mostly full time for the last two weeks while his father was out of town, so the reading slowed down considerably, but I managed a couple of good books... "Peyton Place", the original smutty book, still highly entertaining after more than fifty years.

And "We Keep A Light," about life as a lighthouse keeping family on a small island off Nova Scotia during the 30s and 40s. Very interesting, and made me extremely grateful for modern conveniences.
