And it was bloody freezing! Parlee Beach boasts having the "warmest waters north of Virginia," but not this week!

However, there were still people lying in out in the sun in bathing suits and kids splashing in the water.
And the cold didn't stop the Boy from trying to turn himself into the Sandman. He even had sand in his undies.
