Holy Crap, Is This Ever Good!

Tried a new recipe yesterday to use up some of the enormous basket of squash sitting in my kitchen.
Stuffed acorn squash.
Here they are, stuffed and in the crockpot, and finished and about to be devoured.
Fortunately I ate it last night, because I woke up this morning with a nasty cold, and now I can't smell or taste much of anything. Drugs!
